How users and licences work
  • One sign-in, many companies. Use the company menu at the top left to switch, like changing organisation in Xero.
  • Each company pays for its own users. Its price comes from the number of people in its team. If you’re in two companies, each counts you once.
  • Your role can differ in each company. Admin in one, office in another.
  • Subcontractors and client portal contacts can work with several companies on one sign-in too. They aren’t users.
